The European Commission's European Solidarity Corps Initiative promotes both voluntary projects in Europe and professional mobility projects (work experience, traineeship or apprenticeship).
The Italian project is part of the area of professional mobility and is funded by the Community programme EaSI (European Programme for Employment and Social Innovation) 2014 - 2020.
ANPAL for European Solidarity Corps offers 2,000 young jobseekers the opportunity to work or receive a paid traineeship of between 2 and 12 months in one of the 28 EU Member States.
The project lasts 24 months: it was launched on 2 May 2017 and will end on 1 May 2019.
Those who can participate in the project are:
- public and private enterprises and bodies in the third sector offering employment or traineeship opportunities. To participate it is necessary to register in the national portal ANPAL;
